I am a senior HR professional with a very diverse background with international experience across different industries, different size companies globally, both as internal HR and management consultant. Main experience areas are (but not limited to):

I delivered high-impact projects in some of the best companies in their industry such as Ericsson, Amazon, PwC and Novartis.

I created entangled.work page to have even bigger impact by sharing my experience and to reach out to a network from whom I can learn as well. In the era of all dramatic technological advancements in parallel to extreme struggles all over the world, I believe more than ever that being curious, asking generative questions, active listening and bias for action are critical traits to help us to bring more hope and joy to the world.

And fortunately as HR professionals in today’s business landscape where we face and experience different things at a high speed, it starts with us. We touch a significant number of people’s lives everyday directly or indirectly by the systems we build to make businesses work. And each of those moments  is an opportunity.
